Dan Caruso
Dan has been a resident of Steuben County since 1976. Dan is a co-owner and operator of Caruso’s Restaurant in Angola, co-founder of Chapman’s Brewing Company, and is Market President for STAR Financial Bank in Angola. He has supported his community through County Council, Board positions at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, Steuben County Community Foundation, Junior Achievement, and Steuben County Economic Development.

Blaine is a lifelong Hoosier, and has worked 25 years as a dedicated entrepreneur and business owner.
He is a family man and mentor.
